Dror Hezroni, 1959,Israel

A wide-scope artist who uses a camera as a sharp object to dissect moments,
Situations, transitions, feelings and sensations.
The artist has been engaged in photography, sculpture and design for the last fifteen years.
Most of the photographs are a combination of erotica and the chosen settings, these being mainly landscapes and nature.
"…My approach in my work, as in life, is to define the contrast between the minimal and the complex, between heat and cold, between softness and hardness, between darkness and light".
The most constant element in Hezroni's life and his work is "change".
The constant fluctuations between the poles, the opposites and the contrasts, are the forces that motivate him.
Hezroni's work is characterized by a wide dynamic approach of content, color, and technique. The artist uses a large array of materials that are removed from their original context. This then results in the creation of a 'new material', which then can be adapted and used for a completely different purpose. This phenomenon allows the artist's work to be in a constant state of movement and diversity.
